Additionally, we own and operate several websites and offer related services. Collectively, we refer to these products, along with our other services and websites, as the "Services" in this policy.

We enable insurance carriers and program managers unprecedented control and timelines for disseminating programs to retail and wholesale brokers at a fraction of the cost of current systems.

What information we collect about you
We collect information about you when you provide it to us, when you use our Services, and when other sources provide it to us, as further described below.

Information you provide to us
We collect information about you when you input it into the Services or otherwise provide it directly to us.

Account and Profile Information:
We collect information about you when you register for an account, create or modify your profile, set preferences, sign-up for or make purchases through the Services. For example, you provide your contact information and, in some cases, billing information when you register for the Services. You also have the option of adding a profile photo, and other details to your profile information to be displayed in our Services. We keep track of your preferences when you select settings within the Services.
Content you provide through our products:
This content includes any information about you that you may choose to include or the information about your clients that you provide in order to get insurance. Content also includes the files you upload to the Services. Examples of content we collect and store include: Documents you upload, Information about you or your clients that is necessary for getting insurance.
Payment Information:
We collect certain payment and billing information when you opt for online payment. You provide us payment information for you or your clients, such as payment card details, which we collect via secure payment processing services.

How we use information we collect
How we use the information we collect depends in part on which Services you use, how you use them, and any preferences you have communicated to us.

Sharing with other Service users
When you use the Services, we share certain information about you with other Service users. For example, you are getting insurance for specific program. We share your information with the higher authorities of that program and any middle authorities in your connection with that program those who are responsible for approval of the insurance or those who are in the insurance issuance process.

How we store and secure information we collect
We use data hosting service providers in the United States to host the information we collect, and we use technical measures to secure your data. While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others. We will respond to requests about this within a reasonable timeframe.

How long we keep information
How long we keep information we collect about you depends on the type of information. For example the information that was provided for insurance is kept in the system forever. However the information about you in your profile will be vanished after we get your request to do so. We will keep your name and email referred in the insurance those you had purchased for you or your client from the system for reference even if you request to delete the information.
